Prior to moving to Plano in 1997, Reechia began her real estate career in Amarillo, TX. She is responsible for all negotiations of contracts, analysis buyer/seller net proceeds, scheduling inspectors, negotiating repairs, dealing with home warranty companies and communicating with all title companies.

Keith Powell

 

Before forming the Reechia Powell Realty Group, Keith worked for over 20 years at a major manufacturing company in the new home construction industry. He also has 15 years of Sales Management experience. Keith’s responsibilities include IT management, web and Internet marketing, design of signs, just sold and just listed cards, and work net out sheets for buyers and sellers.

 

Debbi handles our internet marketing, lead follow up and general administrative tasks.  Debbi brings 10+ years of industry experience to our team.  You will find her a delight to talk to, very creative, organized and task oriented.  She has been a valued member of our team since 2006.
