- To begin services as a new resident, there is a $50 deposit required, and all new accounts incur a $15 service fee.
- If you are providing three or more days advance notice to begin service, you can do so online at http://egov.plano.gov/ub/requestService.aspx

- Someone must be home on the day of connection, or you can sign a release of liability prior to the activation day. Please call for details.

- As a new water customer, you are required to pay a deposit of $60.00 if you are buying a home and $100.00 if you are renting a home. You will need to complete an application, bring your drivers license, and pay the deposit to have your service started.
